Beginner  Class

The Roti Jala is a pretty dish that looks like a rolled up lace doily. They are usually eaten in a set of four and accompanied with curries.


This fun and engaging class teaches you how to prepare and make your own Roti Jala meal. It might also reveal your hidden talent, especially if you have never cooked before!

Intermediate Class

This class demonstrates the meticulous preparations and unique cooking techniques to bring out the distinctive flavour of the Peranakan dishes. By the end of the class, you will be very familiar with the mortar and pestle!

We also welcome vegetarians who are interested in learning about these special recipes.
